Critical Path & Float Risk — At-Risk Filter

Near-critical membership for float-path analysis (used by the unified Critical Path & Float Risk workspace).

floatDays = total_float_hr_cnt / day_hr_cnt(calendar, default 8)
atRisk = floatDays ∈ (-99, thresholdDays] AND incomplete AND not TT_WBS

Default threshold T for the unified tab is 5% of remaining duration (hours), with optional override — see Float-path partition.

Invariant

Float days MUST be calendar-aware. Completed and WBS rows excluded.
