CPM Interpretation
The Solutions Platform does not run a forward/backward CPM pass. Primavera P6 computes Early/Late dates and float before export; the platform interprets those fields from ParsedXER.
There is no calculateCPM() in the codebase.
Criticality
Incomplete activities with total_float_hr_cnt <= 0 are Critical. Negative float means the schedule is already behind target.
