Intent
PAM §4.12 — test network integrity on the critical path. If finish does not slip with an intentional duration increase, logic is broken.
Implementation
runCriticalPathTest in src/kernel/scenario/criticalPathTestLogic.ts via evaluateScenario (ADR 0147). Slip uses a small calendar-aware working-day constant (not the 600d field anecdote). Degrades without cube / driving path.
