Critical Path & Float Risk

One unified workspace for longest-path logic and near-critical float-path risk (ADR 0289). It replaces the former Path Risk and Longest Path Logic tabs.

In the cockpit

Open the Critical Path & Float Risk tab after a baseline (and updates where required) is prepared. Deep links that still use pathRisk or drivingPaths alias to this tab.

Workspace layout

The surface is a master-detail cockpit:

1. Float-path filter tabs — Path 1 is the reverse driving-edge trace from the selected target; Paths 2..N are heap-ranked near-critical paths (cap 25), each as a horizontal tab with chevron scroll when needed.
2. Logic spine — compressed Activity Network view of the selected path (run-length encoding for consecutive same-WBS / same-status runs).
3. Forensic grid — virtualised activity table for the active path.
4. Activity Details dock — Activity, Relationships, Membership, and Integrity inspectors (Delta deferred — ADR 0290 / 0312).

Quiet Authority applies: methodology citations appear in export appendices and this documentation portal, not as on-screen methodology chrome.
