Monthly Update Review

A practitioner workflow after receiving a new P6 update XER.

Flow

1. Upload the update into the session (keep baseline stable).
2. Prepare the focused update.
3. Run Health Checker — triage fails first (logic, float, constraints).
4. Open Critical Path & Float Risk — longest path and near-critical float paths for the update.
5. Open Compression — wave slippage and risk ratio trend.
6. Export PDF book from the ribbon for the stakeholder pack.
